Arundel Castle

Yesterday (Wednesday), we had breakfast and later we went to school. At half past twelve, when we finished school, we went to have lunch at the Union building. After lunch, we went to our rooms until  two o'clock; then we went to Arundel castle by coach. Arundel castle is a restored medieval and a stately home in Arundel.  In the castle we saw an amazing library and the rooms where the Queen slept when she came to visit the Earl of Norfolk.
We saw the dungeon and the moat, we could imagine who it felt like living in a castle at that time. The views from the highest tower were awesome; we could see the greenish landscape by the river Arun.   The gardens were very well preserved but they were so big that we couldn't see them all.
The castle closes at 5, so we went back to the coach, but we had to wait for another one as  all of us didn't fit in just one coach. When we arrived, we had dinner and went to rest for a while, then we came back to the Union building and played a Scavenger Hunt game. We enjoyed it  and we went to bed very tired.
